Our Team

Antoine Guillaud, Expert Comptable, Advisor to the French Department of Foreign Commerce, has more than 14 years experience in consulting and assisting companies setting up foreign operations. Before creating International Management Solutions in 1998, he worked in London for three years, in Paris as International Director at Salustro Reydel for five years, then in Chicago as partner in charge of International.

Mike Perry, CPA, specializes in federal and international fiscal matters. Mike has 25 years of experience in fiscal consulting for foreign companies setting up in the U.S. Former McGladrey & Pullen employee, Mike joined International Management Solutions at the time of its creation.

Florence Duquesnoy, Expert Comptable with an advanced degree in Business Law, joined IMS in September of 2004 as Senior Manager. Working from the Chicago office, she assists Mike and Antoine with technical support of our clients’ accounting, fiscal, and social matters. Florence brings to IMS 9 years of experience in French accounting firms and three years in an American company.

Pierre Rouarch, Master in management and marketing, joined IMS in April 2007. Pierre has a vast internet and asp experience In particular he has been involved with managing and developping intranet and collaboration software for over 5 years. Pierre is travelling between the US and Europe to bring you IT solutions to manage your subsidiaries.
