Antoine Guillaud // Expert Comptable. Adviser to the French Ministry of Foreign Commerce

Antoine has over 20 years of experience assisting companies coming to the USA. Before founding International Management Solutions in 1998, Antoine worked in the UK with Robson Rhodes for three years, then was the Director of International Services for five years at Salustro Reydel in Paris, and then became a partner in charge of International Services for McGladrey & Pullen in Chicago.

Michael has over 13 years experience in the audit of US subsidiaries of foreign companies, in particular with French and German companies. Before starting his career as an auditor, Michael was an engineer and worked in industry for 11 years. He joined IAS upon creation as the partner in charge of audit and the Managing Partner of IAS.
